Common questions

How do I get help?

Email info@enhancedpeptidecalculator.com. Include the email address on your account and, if it is about a specific screen, what you were doing when the problem happened. We aim to reply within two business days.

How do I delete my account and my data?

In the app, open the Me tab, then Settings, then Delete Account. This removes your account and your stored data server side, not just from your device. If you cannot reach the screen, email us and we will process the deletion for you.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Enhanced. Cancelling there stops future renewals. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I export my data?

Email us from the address on your account and ask for an export. We will send you a copy of the data associated with your account.

Can Enhanced tell me what to take, or how much?

No. Enhanced records what you enter and provides research framed background information. It does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions or treatment recommendations. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Which devices are supported?

Enhanced is an iPhone app and requires iOS 17.6 or later.

How do I report a privacy concern or exercise a privacy right?

Email info@enhancedpeptidecalculator.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. The rights available to you and how we handle requests are described in the Privacy Policy.
