Enhanced is a tracking, organization, and educational app for peptide and related research information.
Enhanced is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions.
We collect personal information, account information, subscription information, device information, and health-related tracking information (including progress photos) when you use Enhanced.
We use this information to operate the App, sync your data, provide tracking tools, personalize your experience, manage subscriptions, improve the App, maintain security, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information or consumer health data.
We do not share your personal information or consumer health data for targeted advertising.
We do not use your personal health data to train AI models owned by us, and our AI provider does not use your inputs or outputs to train its models under its commercial terms.
Some App features use third-party service providers, including Supabase (authentication, database, and photo storage), Anthropic / Claude (AI-assisted features), Apple (Sign in with Apple and subscription billing), Google (Sign in with Google), RevenueCat (subscription entitlements), and Superwall (subscription paywall presentation). We limit the information shared with each provider to what is needed for that feature.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and you may have additional rights depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR.

Enhanced is owned and operated by Fatum LLC ("Enhanced," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company with a mailing address at 612 Paseo Del Rey, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
This Privacy Policy & Health Data Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, transfer, and protect information when you use Enhanced, our website, and related services.
By creating an account, using the App, or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
Data Controller: Fatum LLC is the data controller responsible for personal information processed under this Privacy Policy.
Enhanced provides tracking, organization, educational, and informational features only.
Enhanced is not a healthcare provider, medical device, pharmacy, telehealth service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.
Enhanced does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or dosing instructions.
Any information provided through the App, including AI-generated responses, educational summaries, calculations, estimates, reminders, or tracking insights, is for informational and organizational purposes only.

Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to a person or household.
Health data means information about your health, wellness, body, peptide use, dose logs, side effects, weight, progress photos, habits, notes, and similar information you enter, upload, or generate in Enhanced.
Sensitive personal information means information treated as sensitive under applicable privacy laws, including health data, consumer health data, account credentials, body-related photos, and certain other protected information.
Consumer health data means health-related information protected under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada consumer health data laws, and similar state laws.
De-identified data means data processed to remove or obscure personal identifiers so it is not reasonably linked to a specific person.
Aggregated data means data combined from multiple users into summary statistics or trends.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Enhanced mobile application, any website we operate for Enhanced, and related services and communications operated by Fatum LLC. It does not apply to third-party services, websites, or products that we do not own or control, even if they are linked to or integrated with the App.
Account Information. We collect: name (if provided); email address; the authentication provider you use (Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or email); account ID; profile information; and basic account settings. We use this to create and manage your account, authenticate you, sync your data, provide support, and secure the App.
Onboarding Information. We collect information you provide during onboarding, such as: goals, starting weight, height, gender, age, peptide experience, products used (if provided), and preferences and settings. We use this to personalize your experience and provide relevant tracking tools.
User-Entered Tracking Data. Enhanced collects health-related tracking data you choose to enter, including: peptide/protocol names, dose logs and dose history, side effects (if logged), habits, hydration, sleep, weight, progress photos, daily check-ins, notes, reminders, and custom entries. This is used to provide Enhanced's core tracking, organization, reminder, history, and personalization features.
Progress Photos and Uploaded Images. If you save progress photos or a baseline/body scan photo in the App, those images are stored with your account via our storage provider (Supabase) and are treated as sensitive information where required by law. As described under "AI Feature Data" below, if you use the photo-based protocol feature, your baseline scan photo is also sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a research-tracking reference. You should not upload images containing unnecessary personal, medical, or identifying information.
AI Feature Data. Enhanced includes AI-assisted features, including an AI research assistant chat and an AI-generated protocol reference built from a photo you provide. When you use these features, your inputs and limited context — such as your stated goal, the peptides in your tracked protocol, your chat messages, and, for the photo-based protocol feature, your baseline scan photo — are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic / Claude) to generate a response. AI features are for educational and informational purposes only and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing instructions. We do not use your personal health data to train AI models owned by us, and Anthropic does not use your inputs or outputs to train its models under its commercial API terms. Your API key and all AI processing occur on our secure backend; the AI provider's credentials are never exposed in the App.
Subscription Information. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat, and the subscription paywall is presented using Superwall. We may receive: subscription status, entitlement status, product identifier, renewal status, and purchase metadata. We do not receive your full payment card information.
Device and Technical Information. We may collect: device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, performance logs, basic diagnostics, and network/request metadata (such as IP address) where processed by service providers for routing, security, and abuse prevention.
Analytics and Attribution Data. We do not use third-party product analytics or advertising-attribution providers (such as Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or Firebase Analytics) for your health entries. Our subscription providers (RevenueCat and Superwall) collect subscription and paywall-interaction events needed to operate and measure the subscription experience. We do not send your health entries, dose logs, side effects, notes, peptide details, or progress photos to these providers. If we add other analytics tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and will not intentionally send health tracking details to such providers.
Support Communications. If you contact Enhanced for support, we may collect the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information through support requests. If you include health-related information, we treat it as sensitive where required and use it only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, maintain support records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
This section explains how Enhanced handles health data and consumer health data.
Enhanced may collect health data that you choose to enter, upload, or generate through the App. This may include peptide/protocol information, dose logs, side effects, weight, habits, hydration, sleep, progress photos, and notes.
We use health data to: provide Enhanced's core tracking features; help you organize logs, history, and reminders; sync your data across devices; provide the AI features you request; personalize your experience; improve App functionality and reliability; maintain security and prevent misuse; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data for targeted advertising. We do not use personal health data to train AI models owned by us.
If we materially expand how we use, disclose, license, sell, or otherwise process consumer health data, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices, consents, written authorizations, opt-outs, or other mechanisms required by applicable law.
Washington's My Health My Data Act requires valid authorization before selling consumer health data, and both the seller and purchaser must retain that authorization for six years.
We use information to: provide, operate, and maintain Enhanced; create and authenticate accounts; sync data across devices; provide tracking, logging, reminder, and history features; provide the AI features you request; personalize your experience; manage subscriptions and entitlements; send reminders and notifications you enable; respond to support requests; improve App functionality and reliability; debug issues and fix crashes; understand general usage patterns; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; enforce our Terms of Service; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Enhanced, and others.
Enhanced may consider additional uses in the future, including: research partnerships; de-identified or aggregated trend analysis; product improvement using de-identified or aggregated data; data licensing or commercial partnerships involving de-identified or aggregated information; and business or acquisition-related transfers.
We do not currently sell personal information or consumer health data. Before beginning any future practice that requires notice, consent, written authorization, or opt-out rights, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement the mechanisms required by applicable law.
We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy.
Service Providers. We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Enhanced. These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us, subject to contractual obligations and applicable law. Our current service providers include:
Legal and Safety Disclosures. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, regulator request, or government request. We may also disclose information if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Enhanced, our users, our company, or others.
With Your Consent. We may share information with third parties when you give us explicit consent or direct us to do so.
Business Transfers. If Fatum LLC, Enhanced, or substantially all of our assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, assignment, change of control, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law, this Privacy Policy, required notices, and any consent, authorization, opt-out, deletion, or other rights available to you. If the acquiring entity intends to materially change how personal information, sensitive personal information, or consumer health data is processed, it will provide notice and obtain any consent or authorization required by applicable law before those new practices begin.
Enhanced does not: sell personal information; sell consumer health data; share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; share health data for targeted advertising; use health data for advertising; use your personal health data to train AI models owned by us; provide medical advice; provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations; provide dosing instructions; sell, source, or facilitate the purchase of any peptide, medication, or substance; or use geofencing to target users near health service locations.
If any of these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice, consent, written authorization, opt-out rights, or other mechanisms where required by law.
Your information is stored on infrastructure operated by our service providers (including Supabase), primarily in the United States. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest as supported by our service providers, access controls, and per-user data isolation. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a data breach requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users as required.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
You can delete your account directly in the App (Settings → Delete account), which removes your account and associated data from our active systems. Upon account deletion: active system data is deleted or deactivated within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days; backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten; some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes; and data already processed by third-party service providers may remain subject to their retention schedules and our agreements with them.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access your information; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; export your information; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable; limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable; and appeal a denied privacy request.
You can manage many choices in the App, including deleting or editing tracking data, revoking permissions, managing notifications, and deleting your account.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination.
We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. If we begin a practice that qualifies as sale or sharing, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and any required opt-out mechanisms.
We may verify your identity before processing a request, and you may use an authorized agent. We will respond within the time required by law.
Washington residents may have rights regarding consumer health data under the Washington My Health My Data Act, including confirming whether we collect/share/sell consumer health data, accessing it, deleting it, and withdrawing consent. We do not sell consumer health data and do not use geofencing around healthcare facilities.
Nevada residents may have rights under Nevada consumer health data laws. We do not sell consumer health data.

Legal Bases for Processing: We rely on (a) your consent for health/special-category data and optional features; (b) performance of a contract to provide the App and subscription you request; (c) our legitimate interests in securing, maintaining, and improving the App; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
Special Category Data: Health data is "special category" data under Article 9 GDPR. We rely on your explicit consent to process it for the App's tracking features. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect processing that already occurred.
Your GDPR Rights: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
International Transfers: Enhanced is operated from the United States, and your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers.

Enhanced is operated from the United States. If you use Enhanced from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
Enhanced is intended only for users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it as required by law.
Enhanced may contain links to third-party websites, products, services, or content (for example, links to purchase over-the-counter consumer products). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third parties.
The App does not use traditional website cookies. Any website we operate may use essential cookies and basic analytics; we do not use website cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising. If we add cookie or tracking technologies requiring consent, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required consent mechanisms (including a cookie banner where required under GDPR/ePrivacy).
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform standard for responding to these signals, and we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for applicable web-based activities.
If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing info@enhancedpeptidecalculator.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General, your EU/UK supervisory authority, or applicable privacy regulator.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available within the Enhanced app. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by law, such as through email, in-app notice, or website notice. Continued use of Enhanced after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you accept the updated Privacy Policy, except where additional consent or authorization is required by law.
